2. Can I use my own logo, photo, or design?
Absolutely. Just upload your file on the product page and add any personalization details in the text box provided.

3. Do I get to see a proof before you make it?
Yes! We’ll email you a digital proof within 1–2 business days. Production won’t start until you approve it.

4. How long does it take to receive my order?
Processing takes 3–5 business days (depending on proof approval). Shipping usually takes 2–5 business days.

5. How do I put the cover on my chair?
Each cover is designed to slip over your chair easily. Just stretch the fabric over the seat and backrest—no tools required.

6. Can I wash my chair cover?
Yes! Our covers are machine washable on a gentle cycle. Air drying is recommended to keep them looking their best.

7. What if I don’t like my cover once it arrives?
Since each cover is custom-made, we can’t accept returns for design changes. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
